During the 2023 holiday season, we decided to take a long weekend trip to the southeast of Germany, where the beautiful Berchtesgaden region is located. Berchtesgaden is perfect for landscape photography. The most well-known spots are probably Hintersee and the Maria Gern chapel. During our stay, heavy snowfall transformed the landscape into a fairytale world, shrouded in mist and blanketed in white. These are the moments landscape photographers live for.
